CÉSAR A. RAMOS SIERRA
Cesar A. Ramos, limits his practice to criminal law specializing in white collar crimes and works with the Law Office of Manuel Fletes Stadeler as an external counsel specializing in the handling of tax offenses.
During recent years, he has attended numerous relevant cases in the preliminary, process and appeal stages, both as defense counsel and assistants to the public prosecutor. The cases in which he has participated include a wide range of financial and tax crimes.
He obtained his degree in law from Universidad de las Americas Campus Distrito Federal in 2004 and received his Master’s Degree in Criminal Law in 2008 and Master’s in Justice Administration in 2009, both from the National Institute of Penal Sciences of Mexico’s Attorney General Office. He is currently pursuing an executive master’s degree in tax law from Universidad Panamericana.
Cesar worked in renowned law firms including Gastelum Abogados, S.C. and Perez de Acha Abogados, S.C. where he was an associate of the criminal law area and since 2008 he has worked professionally as an independent attorney in criminal matters.
In the academic area, he is a professor at Universidad Humanitas where he teaches various subjects related to criminal law at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
He is a member of the Mexican Bar Association.
